Who created this and who’s running it are both good questions. It’s a fellow named Shane Hendrix and his team.

He and his crew are visionaries. I can see that because I’ve been with them since the early pre-launch. Back then, everything was a bit raw and had some rough edges. That changed in a hurry.
Like I said, they’ve got a vision!
Speaking of which, he seems like a man with no time to waste. They’ve created a Skool community for members to keep plugged in and see what’s new.

What’s The Referral Plan Like?
This is the good part – the Comp Plan. That’s what everyone wants to see, right?
There’s basically three parts to it, but it starts with the monthly subscription. To stay active, the monthly membership is $25.
Most Network Marketing companies ask you to pay a set-up fee for a replicated website and access to your back office. Some even bill you annually for that. FSN doesn’t.
Most will also have you purchase a minimum amount of product every month in order to ‘qualify for commissions’ – usually around $100 worth. FSN doesn’t.
Many will urge you to front-load hundreds (or even thousands) of dollars worth of product to immediately upgrade your membership/earning level. FSN doesn’t.
With the Fun Saver Network, the membership IS the product. It’s really simple to understand.
OK, so how does it work?
FIRST: Fast-Start Bonuses
When you enroll a new paid member, they’ll have paid their first $25 to get started. You get half of that – $12.50.
Also, when someone joins, they’re going to see something called the Funsaver Value Vault. This is a one-time opportunity to buy some things at a really low price. The new member will never see those prices again.
Do they ‘have’ to buy anything at that time? No. It’s just there if they want to.
If they do decide to purchase from the Value Vault, you get half of whatever they paid. In other words, FSN is basically giving the merchandise away. They give lots of stuff away!
This also goes down through two(2) levels.
When one of your personal referrals (on your first level of recruiting) brings in a new paid member themselves, you receive 10% on what referral paid – 10% of $25 and 10% of any Value Vault items they buy.
On your second Level (of recruiting), you receive 1% of what they pay/buy when enrolling.
NOTE: These ‘levels’ aren’t to be confused with the 3×10 matrix. It’s not the same thing. Your personal referrals can be anywhere in the matrix.
Anyway, Fast Start bonuses are paid out weekly. Everybody likes fast cash, right?
SECOND: The 3×10 Matrix
If you’re not familiar with this team-building concept, it’s something called a ‘forced matrix’. The First Level is 3 wide. That means that your first 3 direct referrals will (typically) live there.
The Second Level is 9 wide, the Third Level is 27 wide, the 4th Level is 81 wide, and it keeps multiplying by three for every level downward.
In other words, each level expands exponentially. Potentially (in a perfect world) you could have 88,000 people in your matrix, through Level 10!
What does the ‘forced’ part mean?
It means that when you keep bringing in new members personally, they have to be placed somewhere in that matrix. Your First Level only has room for 3. So, beyond that, they start getting placed on the Second Level and so on.
In other words, they get positioned beneath others who didn’t recruit them. This is called ‘spillover’. The ones above them begin earning from these new placements, even though they had nothing to do with it!
By the way, everyone has their own 3×10 matrix. Does that make sense?
OK, so here’s what’s really important:
In order to Activate/Trigger the 3×10 matrix (so that it starts paying you) you’ll need to personally sponsor two members. Why? So that everyone is doing a minimal amount of work in order to build this thing out.
The 2 personally sponsored members open up the matrix through Level Nine – which is potentially over 20,000 people!
When you sponsor 5, it opens up this thing called FSN PRO which fully opens the matrix through Level Ten.
Oh, by the way, money from your matrix is paid out once a month.
Here’s the most important thing to remember: everyone in your matrix (whether you personally sponsored them or not) pays you $1.00 a month.
That is POWERFUL.
There’s so much eye-popping earning potential here, Ray Charles could see it!!!
Trust Me, No One Else Does This.
If one dollar doesn’t sound like much, then you’re not thinking about this the right way.
As these Levels start filling up, you’re looking at hundreds and thousands a month in passive income.
In most referral programs out there, the lower Levels of a matrix only pay pennies per individual. The company keeps all the money. FSN doesn’t.
This is something you really have to wrap your head around.
It’s ONE DOLLAR a month for everyone in your downline, and it doesn’t matter how many thousands there are!
THIRD: The Coded Bonus
When you have personally sponsored 3 paid members, you unlock the coded bonus by passing one of those three (at random) to your sponsor.
WHAT!!!!
This is where people get all twisted up, but stay focused here.
Follow along with me and think this thing through (and it doesn’t affect your downline). Everyone stays where they are.
Think along with me.
Next (after your first three), you’ll personally sponsor your 4th and your 5th paid members. After that 5th one, the computer is going to (once again) take one of those personal referrals and pass them up to your sponsor.
It’s what makes this thing run and why we’re talking about very serious money here.
After you sponsor your first 5, you’ll never pass someone up again. You’ll have done it twice and that’s it.
Understand this: after every one of your sponsored members gets their five, they will have each passed up 2 to you. That means you are going to receive 6 people – coded to you – that you didn’t sponsor!
But now, since those 6 individuals (that you didn’t sponsor) get five, they’ll have passed two of those up to you. That’s 12 MORE!
This keeps happening over and over and over again. Understand?
It’s like grass after a rain. It just keeps sprouting up and growing without you doing anything. In fact, it just keeps doubling… exponentially!
So those two people you wanted to keep to yourself? If you’d done that, this multiplication thing wouldn’t happen!
And remember; after you got your first 5 and passed up 2, it never happens again.
Important: you are NOT passing them up in the matrix (they stay there) and you are NOT passing them up in the Fast Start bonuses. That stuff is STILL YOURS!
So, what does ‘passing up 2’ even mean, then?
It’s pretty simple.
Every member ‘coded to you’ pays an additional $5 each every month. That’s it. That’s what this is. It’s a BONUS.
This is aside and separate from the 3×10 Matrix payout. It’s in ADDITION to it!
